Not many people are brave enough to take on 1D's army of fans and after the news blonde cutie Niall Horan had reportedly been enjoying a romance with a pretty Irish model, they were quick to vent their feelings via that old emotion-filled cherry, Twitter.
Poor Zoe Whelan was subject to the full-on fury of 1D fans, tweeting their unhappines at the apparent pairing. Zoe was quick to tweet, "No, me and Niall are not dating", followed by, "Now I’ve settled the rumours you can all go back to your own lives. Please stop tweeting me rude things."
Niall was rumoured to have hooked up with Zoe after he met her backstage at one of his gigs. A source told The Sun, "Niall has been secretly seeing Zoe for a couple of months after he met her backstage. She’s a Dubliner but is based in London to work on her modelling career. Zoe’s travelled all over the UK to meet up with Niall on the band’s tour."
And with those few words a hundred thousand Niall-shaped hearts shattered! Until now.
According to Zoe the young singer is not only without braces, he's also minus her.
Harry Styles and Niall are still firmly on the market. This glorious news makes Monday slightly more bearable..
